Come celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a Colonial Cooking event, instructed by Matt Yanarella! 

This event celebrates classic New England cooking from the Revolutionary Era and explores the history of the era.

Featuring demonstrations of breakfast staples like Johnny Cakes, sweet treats like apple fritters, as well as Native American dishes like Succotash that are still popular today; all while discussing popular revolutionary history like Sybil Luddington’s ride, the kidnapping of Chauncey Judd, and of course Connecticut’s favorite son Nathan Hale.
