Join us for a fun and informative cooking program, presented by Mike Yanarella from My Productions CT.
In this class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch!
Learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your dough, cook some tasty sauces, and enjoy some delicious food!
By the end of this event, you will know how to make fresh pasta from flour to boil to ‘al dente’ in just two hours!
You may only register for either the Pasta Class, or the Ravioli Class, not both. Thank you!
