Sydney Sherman is coming to the Atwater Memorial Library for a Tarot Workshop! Below is her description of the workshop, and you are encouraged to bring your own tarot deck if you have one!

Tarot, like many things we think we know, was derived from something very real in our history. Through science and history, I was able to peel back the misinformation about tarot and bring it back to its Egyptian origination to what they called “Sekhem”. It’s meaning? Life force energy!

With Sekhem, it is YOUR intuition, YOUR senses which determine the cards you draw and what they reveal to you.

During Sekhem, you are in control. And your intuition is key.

This workshop provides you with everything you need to know to practice the ancient art of Sekhem.

**This program has been relocated to the Atwater Memorial Library due to construction at the Edward Smith Library**
