You are invited to join members of the East Shore Health District Health Department for a conversation about the challenges to living your healthiest life. We want to know what makes it hard (or easy!) for the residents of North Branford to stay or become healthy.

Every four years, the ESDHD conducts a Community Health Assessment for updated information about the health of its residents.

Conversations like this let us know what kind of information and programming our residents need, as well as ways we could work with our partners to make it easier for those in our district to live a healthy life.

Attendees will receive four COVID-19 test kits (two boxes), a mini first aid kid, and other health department goodies as thanks for participating!
